Keith Daniels works closely with colleagues across CMA to help optimize stakeholder value by delivering deep industry, operational, and transaction expertise. He advises management teams, owners, boards of directors, senior secured lenders, bondholders, and private equity firms across a broad range of industries. Keith has served in senior leadership roles, including Chief Restructuring Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. He has led sales and marketing teams on multiple engagements.

Keith brings extensive financial restructuring and operational advisory experience, with particular expertise in consumer products, physical and digital retail, healthcare, grocery, distribution and supply chain, and manufacturing. His background enables him to integrate strategic, financial, and operational perspectives to support CMA’s multidisciplinary client teams and deliver practical, execution-focused solutions.

Before joining CMA, Keith held senior finance and operational leadership roles at companies including Newell Rubbermaid, Disney, Philips Electronics, and McMaster-Carr Supply, where he drove profitability through revenue-enhancement initiatives and the implementation of meaningful cost-reduction programs. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Ascendia Brands and as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Town and Country Living.

Keith earned a BA from Princeton University and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He is a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania and Virginia. Keith has been recognized by the Atlas Turnaround Awards as one of the Top 100 restructuring professionals, and two of his engagements have been honored as Turnarounds of the Year. He is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association.
