Tyler Montague is a senior executive with deep experience advising middle-market companies on financial and operational improvement initiatives. Throughout his career, he has supported mergers and acquisitions, refinancings, and both in-court and out-of-court restructurings, delivering practical, result-oriented solutions in complex and evolving business environments.
Tyler brings broad expertise across production and project management, organizational and change management, and business process redesign, complemented by significant technical proficiency in IT and ERP systems, including global technology platform implementations.
He has held a wide range of senior leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Restructuring Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of IT Services, Director of Operations, Plant Manager, and Engineering Manager. Prior to joining CMA, Tyler was Co-Founder and Director of Operations of BR Surgical LLC, a wholesale distributor of surgical instruments and imaging systems, where he oversaw all operational functions. Earlier in his career, he served in leadership roles at Griffin LLC, a $400 million global chemicals manufacturer, including Global SAP Manager and General Manager of a chemical manufacturing facility. He began his career at Engelhard Corporation in engineering and production management roles.
Tyler earned a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, cum laude, from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
