Rod Peckham brings more than 35 years of consulting, restructuring, and operating leadership experience, including hands-on executive and interim management roles across a wide range of industries. He has led complex engagements in the United States, Canada, Georgia, and Australia, advising companies through financial, operational, and strategic challenges.
Rod’s career includes serving as Chief Financial Officer and financial advisor to a large, diversified hauling and infrastructure aggregates business in central New York, where he led multiple asset dispositions and a successful refinancing. He also served as CFO of a Toronto-based records management and document destruction company, guiding the business through a successful sale and recapitalization. Additional experience includes leading a financial restatement and initial Sarbanes-Oxley implementation for the largest mobile telecommunications operator in Tbilisi, Georgia; overseeing internal control assessments, budgeting, and profit improvement initiatives for a nationally recognized donut retailer; and supporting a $3 billion U.S. energy services company with the restatement of its financial reporting.
At CMA, Rod has extensive hands-on experience implementing financial and operational improvements for companies across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining CMA, he served as Chief Financial Officer of SDI Media Group, Inc., a global provider of subtitling, dubbing, and post-production services operating in more than 30 countries. In that role, Rod oversaw all financial functions and led communications with the board of directors and lenders regarding the company’s strategy, vision, and operating performance. Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Director at Zolfo Cooper, LLC, and held executive leadership roles, including Controller, Treasurer, CFO, President, and CEO, at Forstmann & Company, Inc., a publicly traded manufacturer and marketer of wool and worsted woven fabrics.
Rod earned a B.A. from the University of North Florida and holds the Certified Insolvency Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) designation. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
