Noah Barr works closely with company owners and management teams on mergers & acquisitions, financial & operational restructurings, and in-court & out-of-court processes for distressed and special situations.

Before joining CMA, Noah interned at boutique investment bank, True North Strategic Advisors, where he gained experience in valuation methodologies, financial due diligence, and the preparation of transaction materials. He also completed internships in private equity, venture capital, commercial banking, and real estate, further broadening his financial expertise.

Noah holds an MFA in Finance from Indiana University and dual undergraduate degrees in Finance and Risk Management from Butler University.
