Nick Pizzulli works diligently with company owners and management teams on mergers and acquisitions across various industries by leveraging his quantitative and qualitative skillset.

Prior to joining CMA, Nick completed an internship with the Valuation Advisory arm of The McLean Group, a boutique investment bank focused on the Defense, Government & Intelligence, and Security markets. There he learned to conduct financial due diligence and apply key valuation methodologies and best practices for professional engagements. Before, he finished an internship with the Data, Analytics, and Transformation team at MSCI Inc.

Nick holds a BS in Finance from The George Washington University.
