Mr. Gordon works closely with company owners, management teams, boards of directors, private equity groups, lenders and investors on corporate mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, leveraged buyouts and capital raises across a broad range of industries.

Prior to re-joining CMA, Mr. Gordon served as a Manager in Deal Advisory at KPMG providing both sell-side and buy-side guidance to privately owned and publicly traded companies. He was involved in all aspects of financial and commercial due diligence. Mr. Gordon started his career at CMA, where he provided research and execution services for various financial advisory assignments.

Mr. Gordon holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineer and Management Sciences from Northwestern University and received an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. He is a FINRA Registered Representative.
