Michael Finer has over six years of financial services experience in restructuring and public accounting, with a focus on financial analysis, financial modeling, and advisory support for both lender- and debtor-side engagements.

His experience includes various lender and debtor-side engagements, where he has been responsible for building in-depth financial models, including operating and financial forecasting and budgeting models, 13-week cash flow analyses, store profitability analyses, and cost-reduction models. As part of these engagements, he also worked on working capital improvement strategies, liquidity management, profit improvement, and business plan execution.

Before joining CMA, Michael was a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he engaged in the audit of Sanofi. He has worked with clients in various industries, including consumer products, distributing, manufacturing, healthcare, retail and technology.

Michael holds bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance and an MBA from the University of Maine. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Jersey, a FINRA-registered representative, and a member of the Turnaround Management Association.
