Jaclyn R. Shifren joined Carl Marks in 2016 and serves as Controller of CMA. In this role, she oversees the firm’s accounting operations and financial reporting functions.

Prior to joining CMA, Jaclyn was a Senior Manager at The Siegfried Group, where she provided interim financial reporting and accounting support to Fortune 1000 companies. Earlier in her career, she served as Assistant Controller at ConvergEx Group, supporting the firm’s international broker-dealer operations. Jaclyn began her career in public accounting at Grant Thornton.

Jaclyn earned a B.A. in Accountancy from The George Washington University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
