Jette Campbell is a CPA and highly respected advisor to business owners and lenders, specializing in financial restructuring, business strategy, and crisis management. He brings more than 40 years of experience as both an advisor and operating executive, working with management teams, boards of directors, private equity sponsors, lenders, and investors to navigate complex situations and drive results.

Jette has served in a wide range of executive and advisory roles, including Chief Restructuring Officer, Chief Restructuring Advisor, financial advisor, and interim management. His experience spans numerous industries, including food and beverage, grocery retail and distribution, consumer products, healthcare, trucking, manufacturing, and financial services.

Before joining CMA, Jette held senior leadership roles at several global organizations, including Griffin LLC (a DuPont joint venture), PepsiCo, where he served as CFO of the North European Snack Foods Division based in London, and Frito-Lay, where he was Vice President and Controller.

He began his career in public accounting and was a Partner at Arthur Andersen & Co. and KPMG Peat Marwick, where he led complex engagements across banking, manufacturing, technology, food and beverage, and real estate. He also served as the worldwide snack foods partner for the PepsiCo account and led KPMG’s Southwestern U.S. manufacturing and technology practices.

Jette earned his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and completed post-graduate studies at Auburn University and Harvard Business School. He has served on the boards of St. Edward’s University, the Stetson University School of Music, and Paul Quinn College, where he received an Honorary Doctorate in recognition of his leadership during the college’s relocation to Dallas. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Riverside Preparatory Academy.

In addition, Jette has held numerous corporate board positions, including Schram Drilling, Legacy Cabinets, Florida Marine, Hicks Holdings SPE, and currently serves on the boards of EiKO Lighting and Kewaunee Scientific Corporation.

Jette was honored with the TMA 2021 Mid-Size Company Turnaround/Transaction of the Year Award for his leadership as Chief Restructuring Officer of AAC Holdings, Inc. He was recognized as a Who’s Who in Finance & Business and is an International Business Fellow.
