Duff Meyercord brings decades of strategic, operational, and financial advisory experience to clients facing complex transactions, transformations, and restructuring situations. He has led strategic initiatives and advised companies across a broad range of industries, serving as a restructuring professional, interim C-level executive, and board member. Duff provides clients with a full spectrum of industry, operational, and transactional expertise, delivering practical, comprehensive solutions even in the most challenging circumstances.

Before joining CMA, Duff was the President and Founder of Meyercord Advisors Inc. and a Managing Director and Founder of Venturetech Management Inc., a venture capital fund. Earlier in his career, he worked closely with Malcom P. McLean, founder of SeaLand Containerization, at McLean Industries, which maintained equity investments across land development, shipping, transportation, and manufacturing. In this role, Duff spearheaded corporate development, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions, frequently serving as Chief Executive Officer or as a member of the boards of directors of McLean’s portfolio companies.

Duff has served on the boards of numerous public and private companies, including Pacific Crane Maintenance Company, United Vision Logistics, SDI Media Group, The Country Club of North Carolina, Diamondhead Corporation, Wayside Technology Group, Inc., Headway Corporate Resources, NES Rentals, Janis Group, RCI Group, and Baltusrol Golf Club. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Peapack Private Bank & Trust, a position he has held since December 2013, and in that capacity also serves as Chair of the Executive Committee and the Compensation Committee.

Duff earned a B.A. in Accounting from Birmingham-Southern College and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association.
