Brian Kranzler works diligently with company owners and management teams on mergers and acquisitions across various industries.

Brian rejoined CMA as an Analyst after completing an internship in the Investment Banking Group. Prior to joining CMA, Brian interned in Equity Research at H.C. Wainwright, LLC, covering biotech and healthcare companies, where he conducted in-depth research on small-cap biotech companies and developed and updated financial models for analysts.

Brian has a BS in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis from the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business, where he was a Chancellor’s Scholarship recipient.
