Howard P. Meitiner has more than 40 years of experience providing strategic planning, interim management, and turnaround leadership to clients worldwide. A seasoned President, CEO, and COO, he brings a strong global and domestic track record of driving revenue and profit growth through new business development, disciplined cash-flow management, crisis leadership, and business model transformation in response to industry disruption.

Howard is recognized for reengineering business models, leading organizational turnarounds, and delivering sustainable profit improvement in complex situations. He has served as Chief Restructuring Officer, President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, investor, board member, and advisor, with particular strength in crisis management, growth initiatives, and strategic execution.

His executive experience includes serving as President and CEO of Sephora USA, which he launched and scaled into a $3 billion specialty beauty retailer, and holding multiple senior international leadership roles at DFS Group, later acquired by LVMH. He also served as CEO of The Museum Company and COO of Fortunoff, guiding both businesses through complex transitions and private equity sales.

Recent engagements include advising lenders on distressed asset sales, serving as CRO during restructurings and wind-downs, acting as lead financial advisor to a national omni-channel retailer, and providing interim C-suite leadership to a national bar and restaurant company that he successfully guided through bankruptcy and sale.

Howard earned his Certificate in Distribution Management Principles from the College of Distributive Trades, London, UK, and a National Retail Certificate from Eastbourne College.
