CMA Earns Two M&A Advisor Awards at 18th Annual Turnaround Awards

NEW YORK – April 3, 2024 – CMA, a leading investment bank providing financial and operational advisory services to middle market companies, has been awarded Out-of-Court Restructuring Deal of the Year and Consumer Discretionary Deal of the Year at the 18th Annual Turnaround Awards, hosted by The M&A Advisor, following the 2024 Distressed Investing Summit.

At the awards ceremony held in West Palm Beach, Florida, CMA was presented with the Out-of-Court Restructuring Deal of the Year award (over $100MM) for its restructuring of Clarus Glassboards. The firm also won Consumer Discretionary Deal of the Year (under $100MM) for the sale of Nova Wildcat Shur-Line Holdings (H2 Brands) to Gordon Brothers Commercial and Industrial and Nations Capital.
